Over the course of five rotations working in Bulk Drug Substance manufacturing, I worked on equipment maintenance, manufacturing expansion, and process improvement projects.
Highlighted Projects

In-spansion

A capital expenditure project to increase upstream and downstream production capacity by procuring new equipment and remodeling the production space.

As part of this project, I:
Evaluated equipment spacial and utility requirements.
Collected and reviewed quotes.
Documented quality records of room and utility changes.
Generated spacial layout drawings of new equipment.
Decommissioned equipment and prepared the construction space.

Autoclave and Washer Reports

A project to replace problematic print-out records with digital reports for autoclaves and washers.

As part of this project, I:
Programmed a website to integrate with the process data historian.
Created 21CFR11 compliant logging for data access.
Implemented HMAC SHA256 signing for report verification.
